I’ve been playing role-playing games since I discovered Basic Dungeons and Dragons (Moldvay edition, red box). I still remember seeing a segment on CBS news about a new game sweeping college campuses. The report showed people moving tiny lead figures around on a tabletop and rolling some dice. I was hooked! I was reading the Hobbit at the time and I knew that I had to find out more about this game. Fast forward to today. I’m still playing elf games, mainly on Roll 20, writing adventures for personal use, and most of all, just enjoying the hobby.
